Description About me: I am a 22 year old guitarist. I have been playing guitar for over 5 years now. I own two decent guitars, one being an Ibanez 7-string AX and the other being a black Schecter Damien-6. I own a decent cab and head though I am on the prowl for something new. I have been in a couple bands before and have lots of live experience and a bit of recording experience. I have a full-time day job.
Influences: I can't really pinpoint anyone as an influence as a lot of different things influence me. I listen to just about everything from Dope to Motley Crue to Madonna to Princess Superstar to Green Day. I draw some sort of influence from each and everything.
What I Want: Anybody can be in a shitty band, I want to be in a band that's good. I want to make a living off music, that's why having a day job helps in the end because I mean to make money you have to spend money, to be in a good band you have to spend money. I mean there's gear, strings, practice and flyers and so on. Also image is important. I like theatrics and a bit of a show while playing, but nothing to crazy.
Style of music: I am mainly looking for anything in the rock genre. I would like hard rock but I am not opposed to anything else. Lately I have been writing more heavier and industrial style riffs. |
