80's cover band looking for Synth Player |
Description:
Description We are a female fronted 80's cover band looking for an experienced synth/keyboard player(sax would be a major plus!). Must know a little about programming, sequencing, sampling. Must love Retro 80's music,pop,New Wave, alternative. Free gear to the right candidate (samplers, sequencer,stand).
We are currently playing songs by Pretenders, Simple Minds, Luba, Split Enz, Pat Benetar, Quarteflash. We want to have a strong keyboard influence in our music (Nick Rhodes, Greg Hawkes and the like). We are currently practicing once a week in Surrey.
We hope to play Pubs/bars, special events (weddings, corporate events, etc). Mostly for fun because we love the music, but would like to make some $$$ too!
