Description About me: I am a very dedicated, ambitious, and passionate person that takes music very seriously. I have been singing ever since I was born and have taken countless amounts of lessons for vocal training. Aside from singing, I have been playing the piano for 14 years and the violin for about 7. I also write all of my own music and have been doing so since I was 7 years old. My thoughts: Music for me is a way to unleash, express, connect, and relate with an audience, but more importantly myself. It’s not something I pick up every now and then; it’s a way of life. It’s like a craving that I have every minute of everyday. Whether I am at home, school, or just hanging out, music seems to be the root of everything I do. It’s not enough to say that I love to make music because that doesn't give you the full notion. Basically, music for me is beyond words and emotions. What I’m looking for: I’m looking to be a lead singer for a band that has the perfect mix between creativity, passion, drive, and raw talent. Another key factor is the willingness to work hard and to take this seriously. I want people that are striving to get there music out to the masses and not because they want to be rich & famous, but to have an impact on our society. Even though technique is good to have, talent and creativity is more important in my eyes. In the end, I would just want a band that has the same views and overall ambition that I have. Sound: I am highly influenced by bands such as KoRn and Lacuna Coil. Despite the fact that I really admire these bands, I don’t want to create music that is identical to theirs. Even though I don’t want to sound like them, I do want to possess that same haunting/mesmerizing sound. I want the harmonies to be heavy and the melodies to be very virtuoso and powerful. A good example of this would be the Queen of the Damned soundtrack.
