Oly Band Seeks Musician for Awesome! |
Description:
Description An Olympia band playing music in the vein of, say, the Flaming Lips, the Pixies or maybe Ennio Morricone, is seeking a fourth member to fill out our phat sounds. We play a pop-core sort of fast indie-rock with intermittent falsetto and screaming to an otherwise whiney style voice with big guitars and squealing bass. No shoe-gazing here!
We’re looking for a multi-instrumentalist to come in and play some guitar, some keyboard, some bass, maybe some drums and whatever else ya got to fill in the gaps. Our bassist plays xylophone, guitar, and squeezebox while our drummer can also kick off to clarinet or dulcimer. The hope and desire for a fourth member is to help us stretch to our full potential.
