The People Now seek 2nd Guitarist
Our time is of the Now, and this music we share is no exception. Our search for completion has taken us beyond the borders of our city Seattle WA, raising our horizons to the possiblity that the "people" await; out there. As only the other half of a Whole must do, The People Now are searching everywhere for a Guitarist
that compliments us so completely, being the skilled and passionate player that has what it takes to join this, our Music of the Now: "post-progressive, hardcore, melodic attack punk."
We are listening to You. We are seeking You out. Are you ready to take the next step? We cannot settle any longer for "Par," as we know you must not as well. We can see your sillohuette: creative and articulate, a fierce dedication to the Muse, a host of resources at your disposal, unabashed loyalty to the source of your
happiness, and a deep yearning to be as inspired as you are challenged.
We believe influences are just that. However, our sound would be a conglomerate of such bands like:
-The Mars Volta
-Rage Against the Machine
-Circa Survive
-Sigur Ros
-U2
-Refused
-A Perfect Circle
...And many others whose sound is as true as it is strong. We want an INDIVIDUAL whose skill and drive are only matched by your idiosyncracy. Transportation, great gear, experience with
Live/Studio/Recording, contacts, and years of playing are all moot points: these should be notwithstanding. The greatest divide between people joining together is their compatibility on the grounds of a universal hunger to succeed, with the only satiety being the nutrition of playing your heart out in every arena: a gap that we will breach when we find each other.
