Seeking Drummer for Rock Cover Band |
Description:
Description Newly forming cover band looking for a talented, experienced, no nonsense drummer.
Our goals include:
Becoming one of the top professional cover bands in the valley
Having fun (40%), getting paid (40%), exploring & improving as musicians (20%)
Performing at 3-6 Gigs / per month, all paid, roughly $500 / gig $100 each
We are looking to play a wide mix of rock music, classic to modern: KEDJ, KZON, KUPD, MIX, KDKB, KSLX, i.e. Tom Petty, Audioslave, Matchbox 20, NIN, the Cure, Muse, the Cars, the Beatles
About 1/3rd 60s & 70s, about 1/3 80s & 90s and 1/3 2000 forward.
Heres what we expect:
Commitment Necessary
Rehearse 2 nights to start, 1 night when launched, outside practice necessary
Pro equipment
Ability / willingness to play to a click a real plus
Reliable transport
No drugs, no alcoholics
No excuses; this should be an enjoyable part of your life that you are willing / wanting to spend time at regularly
We are all in our 30's and prefer someone in the same general age range. |
