Description:
Description The Summit Concert Band is a 25 yr old organization. We perform at venues throughout the county and region. Events include: Frisco 4th of July, Dillon Memorial Day, Silverthorne Ice Cream Social, Kremmling Days, Burro Days and Boom Days. We play authentic Austrian polkas for the Keystone, Breckenridge and Frisco Oktoberfests. And, we perform 2 "serious" concerts and a Christmas concert every year. We seek musicians of all abilities and on all instruments. We currently have a serious need for percussionists, clarinets, and low brass.
If you want to pursue your love of music in a fun yet professional environment, we definitely want you! We rehearse every Thursday evening at 7:00pm in the Summit HS Band room. Check us out at www.summitconcertband.org. |
